Speed up data processing in python

Python is a popular programming language due to its object-oriented design, interactive community, and power in machine learning applications. 
However, python has long been blamed for its undesirable performance in data processing. Here I provide a tutorial to introduce how to 
speed up data processing in python by multiprocessing, numba JIT and GPU.
